What is your return policy?

David Donahue prides itself on offering the finest men's furnishings. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we are more than happy to accept returns. All returned items must be in new condition (not to be laundered, worn, or altered) with original tags intact, as well as the original invoice and packing list.

We reserve the right to refuse product returns without proper documentation.

Merchandise Returns Guidelines

Full-Price Returns
Full-price merchandise received within 60 days of the date of purchase on your invoice will be credited the full amount listed on the invoice to the original form of payment.

We will not accept returns on full-price merchandise after 60 days from the date of purchase.

Sale-Price Returns
Sale-price merchandise received within 30 days of the date of purchase on your invoice will be credited the full amount listed on the invoice to the original form of payment.

We will not accept returns on sale merchandise after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Defective Merchandise
David Donahue stands behind the quality of its products. We have a proud history of producing superior men’s furnishings. If you experience any defect in quality or workmanship within 60 days of the date of purchase on your invoice, we will return the full amount listed on the invoice to the original form of payment. This applies to both full- and sale-price merchandise.

Altered Merchandise
Any David Donahue products that have been altered to fit a specific customer are not acceptable for return unless there that merchandise is discovered to have a defect in quality or workmanship from original construction.

How do I return items to David Donahue?

When returning merchandise to David Donahue, please be sure to complete the following steps:

1. Include original packing list.

2. Circle the item(s) on the packing list that you are returning, and indicate why you are returning that item (fit, size, defect, etc.)

3. Ship your securely sealed package(s) to:

Applicable shipping charges will only be refunded if the merchandise is found to be defective, or the incorrect product(s) were originally shipped to you.

When will my refund appear?

Refunds to credit cards will normally appear on your next statement. If the refund does not appear within 2 billing cycles, please be sure to contact our Customer Service Department (855-234-9773).

How do I make an exchange?

If you are looking to exchange your purchases from David Donahue for another size, product, color, etc. Please be sure to promptly return the unwanted item(s) to our warehouse, and place a new order through the Website.

Refunds for the returned purchases will be processed as described above.

Shipping

All orders placed with David Donahue are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 12:00 pm (noon) EST will be processed for shipment the same day. Any orders received after this time will ship the following business day. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or observed company holidays.

All orders require credit card authorization and verification before shipment processing can occur.

What are shipping fees & options?

UPS Ground (Standard)
Packages will arrive within 4-7 business days. Shipments to be delivered to Alaska and Hawaii require expedited/air delivery. We cannot accept addresses that include P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

UPS Second Day
Packages will arrive within 2 business days provided that order is placed and approved before 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST. This shipping option is not available for orders to be delivered to US Territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes.

UPS Next Day
Packages will arrive within 1 business day provided that the order is placed and approved before 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST. This shipping option is not available for orders to be delivered to US Territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes.

Where are shipments process for delivery?

Shipments are processed for delivery from our warehouse in Secaucus, NJ 07094.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

At this time we do not ship outside the United States.
